Description

This PR fixes minor issues in the UI, which are listed below:

  • When checking Frame overlay, the tab automatically switches to dashboard from cookies
  • Fix regression of showing quick links and latest news in the footer of PA, Topics and ARA.
  • Fix Landing page icons.
  • Fix dark mode Topics EE and PA:EE
  • Use semi-bold font weight for landing page card headings
