Description

This PR fixes incorrect access counts by resetting the topics table data for an epoch if it was not completed in the first render.

Testing Instructions

• Open PSAT and navigate to topics EE.
• Let the animation run for a bit, then click on any topic in the table, and this should open the tax tree.
• Now come back to the EE tab, the access count should be correct.
• Now resize the table tray, and the data should remain correct.
