This PR fixes the issues raised by QA.

Relevant Technical Choices

This PR fixes the following fixes:

• Change “Limit Covert Tracking Techniques”, to: “Anti-Covert Tracking Techniques”.
• MDL table UI in dark mode.
• PSAT not detecting data when it's installed and tab have not been registered.
• Different count for noBId in table and adUnit report count.
• Fix request blocking icons not being visible in cookie table.
• Remove double scrollbar.
