This PR aims to resolve some suggestions provided during the QA of v1.0

Relevant Technical Choices

This PR fixes the following changes:

• Text not centred in Cookie Landing page
• Console log when opening filters on CLI Report dashboard
• No winning bid in Protected Audience > Ad Units
• Winning Bid Highlighting
• Add no of component auctions to top level auction table.
• Reintroduce auction sorting capabilities.
