This PR aims to fix some bugs and issues discovered during the QA process of the EE in Protected Audience

Testing Instructions

• Clone this branch, build the extension.
• In example.com, go to DevTools and navigate to PSAT.
• In PSAT navigate to protected audience.
• In the EE check the following issues to be fixed.

Error checklist:

• When prev button is clicked on a publisher node, the data in IG table is not consistent
• Auction data is not showing in the bottom tray table for single seller.
• Flow should not collapse in interactive mode.
• Flip the openWithoutAnimation Icon in interactive mode.
• Auction table remains empty on full speed
• If flow has not started and you expand and collapse the IG bubble, the flow starts playing without the user clicking on the play button.
