Description

This PR adds code to initialize the timeline and table data with dynamic time and date.

• The timeline starts from the current date and each site date is incremented by one day.

Testing Instructions

• Open PSAT and navigate to PA EE.
• The timeline date should start from the current day with randomized time.
• Each circle should have a date incremented by one.
• The expiration time in the IG table should be ahead of a visit by a few hours.
• The auction date time in the sidebar and branches should also match the circles.
