This PR aims to fix develop QA issues.

Relevant Technical Choices

• The top bar disappears when user opens interest group bubble and click on interest group while footer table remains closed
• When user click on interest group the the footer panel open and scroll to that interest group, but the opening size of footer window small, you can’t check any table information
• Sorting : When you scroll and reveal all stories and choose sorting with oldest/newest it scrolls down and start adding repeated stories
• Date time getting darker with node visits in PA EE
• When a user is switched to interactive mode and auto expand disabled and if he choose left most flows, the flow appears to be happening behind viewport
• The animation slows down when reaching end of multi-seller auctions
• Disable Play/Pause button in interactive mode in Topics.
• When you are already on page of Help Center or Dev Site, it reloads the same page again when clicked
• When I click on Help Center and Dev site and when it redirects to the website it switched navigation menu to cookies and asked to Analyze the cookies

Testing Instructions

• Clone this branch.
• In terminal run npm i && npm run build:ext.
• Open browser then open example.com now navigate to PSAT after opening DevTools.
• Test the things listed in the relevant technical choices.
