This PR

• Update the error message to be more descriptive.
• Reduce the text box and the error message background box.
• Use lighter color for selection in table, sidebar, context menu
• Update PS landing page icon
• Update notification bubble color
• Fix: When you run an auction and then go to a non publisher website in the same tab, auction gets removed however the sidebar data stays
