Brand new svelte app generated via CLI has blank left panel until window resize #3824

- Framework7 version: 6.0.11
- Svelte version: 3.34.0
- Platform and Target: Mac Chrome Browser
Describe the bug
When launching an app generated via framework7 CLI, the left panel is always blank. When you resize the window it renders properly. I think this issue has been around for a while since I saw it last time I explored F7 for a project. Here is a screen shot of the blank panel.
To Reproduce
- Create a brand new project using CLI.
- choose Svelte, Sass, Web & Cordova, and the pages template.
- run npm start
Expected behavior
The left panel should not be blank
Actual Behavior
The left panel is blank
