currently it seems the lowest zoom for the image is 1x (if small enough) or "fit to screen". it would be nice to be able to scale the image lower. in my use case (photography app) its useful to virtually "step back" and see the image with a border or get a better visual sense of how the image would look on a smaller device. yarl supports an arbitrary maxzoom propety, but there is currently no analagous prop for zooming out

maybe a "minZoom" prop and allow zoomout to scale down below 1x

i can literally resize the window itself to scale down the image since it is locked to fit, but obviously this is not a genuine solution
