This PR fixes #133674
this issue removes support for IE for using clipboard (
window.clipboardData). As mentioned in the monaco-editor's repo (https://github.com/microsoft/monaco-editor), The Monaco Editor no longer supports IE 11. The last version that was tested on IE 11 is 0.18.1.Also in this issue I explained the potential problems that may occur if we keep such a code: #133674
