Add GitHub Flavored Markdown

I can t seem to find a connection between GitHub s markup support and GitHub Flavored Markdown anywhere. It d be nice to have though. Even if it uses a new .gfm extension so it doesn t break existing .md README files. Does it not exist because it ties repos to GitHub?
