Describe the bug

1.Deploy the latest Windows Insider build
2.Perform windows and store updates
3.Downlaod the application "ExplorerPatcher" From "https://github.com/valinet/ExplorerPatcher/releases".
4. Install the application and restart the machine.
5. Launch application and go to Start menu.
6. Enable the option "Open Start in All apps by default"
7. Launch start menu.

Expected outcome

Application should launch start menu in all apps view by default.

Actual outcome

Unable to redirect to all apps view by default in Start menu after enabling the feature "Open Start in All apps by default
