Fix VirtualUrlPlugin Windows compatibility by sanitizing cache keys and filenames. Cache keys now use
toSafePathto replace colons (:) with double underscores (__) and sanitize other invalid characters, ensuring compatibility with Windows filesystem restrictions.Did you add tests for your changes?
