When AI fails, the impact is no longer restricted to a screen. A biased algorithm can block someone from getting a job. A flawed medical model can delay care. An untested chatbot can spread misinformation to millions.

These failures erode trust, harm real users, and expose organizations to serious legal and reputational consequences. With the EU AI Act and new state-level anti-discrimination laws coming into force, accountability is now a core requirement of responsible innovation.

Yet testing AI is far from simple. Strategies that worked last month may not work today. As organizations embed models across products and workflows, QA teams face a growing challenge: how can they validate systems that learn, adapt, and behave in unpredictable ways, seemingly evolving overnight?

In this session, panelists Jason Arbon (CEO, Testers.ai), Jonathon Wright (Chief AI Officer, Keysight Eggplant), and Hemraj Bedassee (Delivery Excellence Practitioner, Testlio), hosted by Summer Weisberg (CEO, Testlio), discuss how teams can build testing frameworks that keep up with constant change while protecting both users and brands.

We'll cover:

  • The biggest challenges shaping testing strategies for  AI-powered systems in 2026
  • How QA teams are evolving to keep pace with rapidly changing models
  • The influence of new regulations on testing practices
  • Practical frameworks for ensuring fairness, reliability, and transparency
  • Actionable strategies to future-proof your testing initiatives
