Hello new TSPs. We are currently updating the onboarding process to provide better communications around process and timing. While we work to update, please send me a private message if you have completed the onboarding form and you are currently waiting on a response. I anticipate this workaround to last for a few weeks and for us to have a new process in place in January. Once the update is complete and the normal process resumes, I will delete this thread. Thanks, DanECIF Funding Eligibility
Hello Microsoft Tech Community! We are Serraform a new Microsoft Partner specializing in Security & Compliance and have a question on End Customer Investment Funds (ECIF) funding. Hoping someone can help us. How to we become eligible to accept ECIF funding for our M365 Security & Compliance deployments? Is satisfying the requirements for a Solutions Partner designation sufficient, that is achieving 70 of 100 points in 1 of the 6 partner categories + achieving more than zero points in each of the 4 metrics? We are in talks with a few prospects and they are interested in leveraging ECIF. Any guidance would be super helpful. Thanks! Hello Microsoft Tech Community officials, Our Microsoft Partner Center account has been suspended, both as a Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program and as a Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Indirect Reseller. We did not receive any notification as the reason for the suspension, but I thought that the common reason for the closure of both titles could be the statement “Significant account abuse detected”, but no detailed explanation was shared. Regarding this situation, I would like to point out: We have not knowingly or intentionally violated Microsoft rules or policies in any way. All our activities have been carried out in order to get to know the systems and learn the processes in the journey of becoming a solution partner. At this point, we would like to ask you A clearer explanation of the reason for the suspension, A chance to correct and reassess if there is a mistake, I would like guidance on the steps we need to take to reactivate the account. We value the Microsoft partnership and are ready to cooperate in any way we can to help clarify this process.System Center in Partner Expanded Benefits
I am currently using Acronis for Server, Hyper V and Workstation Backups. Backup to Disk, as well as Tape libraries. I have a new subscription for Partner Expanded Benefits, and was wondering about using System Center DPM to perform my backups, as it would allow backup to Azure cloud (would use some of the 4k$ credits for this). Currently Acronis needs a separate subscription to allow this. Using DPM would save the annual maintenance costs that are being incurred with Acronis. My question is, only System Center 2022 is being offered with the Expanded Benefits. Is there some reason that 2025 is not offered. I would like to make sure that I will not be left in limbo if I were to switch to DPM, and then support/licensing in Expanded benefits is discontinued. As some follow up question a) has anyone else gone this route, and replaced a commercial backup software Veeam, Acronis etc with DPM. What has been your experience. b) How good is tape library support c) Online Azure backup - is it easy to implement, and does it work well (in my case, I would probably just backup up straight to Archive level storage, as I would use my own Disk and Tape as the primary backup locations, so cost should be minimal for many TB of dataOngoing Issue with Employment Verification in Microsoft Partner Program
Hello I am experiencing a persistent issue with the Employment Verification process in the Microsoft Partner and Reseller programs. When attempting to resolve the issue by clicking “Fix Now” after a rejected verification, I am continuously redirected back to the Identity Verification step. Even after completing the identity verification, I am sent back to Employment Verification, only to be rejected again. This creates a loop, and every time I click “Fix Now,” I am not given the option to upload any documents, but instead, I am redirected to the previous step, making it impossible to proceed. This issue has been ongoing for 50 days, and I have contacted Microsoft Support many times. Unfortunately, I continue to receive the same generic responses, asking for the same documents to be uploaded. After submitting them, there is no further follow-up, and the issue remains unresolved. It seems as though I am receiving automated responses without any real resolution. What adds to the frustration is the contradiction in the process: The exact same documents I submitted for Developer Verification, which were successfully processed and authorized, are being rejected for the Partner and Reseller programs, despite being identical in every way. Given the significant impact this issue is having on my business, I am reaching out to the community for assistance. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem, or is there any guidance on how to resolve this? Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and support.Microsoft 365 Business Premium grant is being discontinued

I must say that I am a Distributor and my Partners do not have access to the Security page and I want to make sure that they can access it. From what I have found, it only says that it is enforced for direct bill partners, distributors (formerly indirect provider), and indirect resellers. Can you please update this because the FY26 document requires that you Complete the mandatory requirements of the Partner Center security score. Please provide clarity on compliance with the Security requirements. Hello I have a Microsoft Learning Partner who signed up as a Microsoft Action Pack Learning Partner this year requesting a letter showing they are a valid and verified Microsoft Learning Partner. In the "Benefits" section of the Partner Portal, there is no letter generation capability. In the previous Partner Program, there was the ability to download a letter if you were a silver or gold partner and that functionality has come through onto the partner portal for the new program. But a new partner here needs to submit a letter stating they are a Microsoft Learning Partner for a government tender. If the functionality of creating a letter is not available, how do they prove that they are a Microsoft Learning Partner? Dear Team, We are unable to complete the “Learner Course & Achievement Code URL Creation” process. After generating the URL as instructed in the documentation, we do not see the “Request Achievement Code” button. We submitted the Microsoft Learn Organization Enrollment on July 8, but the issue still persists. In addition, we have already tried the troubleshooting suggestions available online, and we also attempted the enrollment process using three different email addresses — unfortunately, none of these resolved the problem. Could you please advise on what we can do next? Thank you very much for your support!Copilot inclusion in Partner Launch benefits
Looking at https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/partnership/partner-benefits-packages-benefits#tab-1 it says that Partner Launch benefits include "Microsoft 365 Business Premium - includes Copilot". I took this to mean I didn't need to buy Copilot separately to work in 365 Apps like Word. However, on trying to use it this way, it seems that the Copilot referred to here is just Copilot chat with no integration with Word, SharePoint, etc. which is pretty much available for free anyway. I raised a ticket with Partner Support (2507150010000100) and they said that Copilot functionality within 365 apps is not included. Even Copilot chat itself gives confused answers. When I ask it "Explain the Copilot inclusions (if any) in Microsoft Partner Launch. Does it include Copilot to generate content in Microsoft Word?" It says: Yes, the Microsoft Partner Launch includes Copilot capabilities, and Copilot is available for generating content in Microsoft Word. Here’s a breakdown of the key inclusions: ✅ Copilot in Microsoft Word Microsoft Copilot is now integrated into Word for both consumer and commercial users. It can: Generate polished documents from prompts (e.g., recipes, reports, letters). Assist with rewriting, summarizing, and formatting. Help brainstorm and structure content based on user input I suggest that Microsoft clarifies what "Microsoft 365 ... includes Copilot" means on pages like the linked one above to avoid others being confused like me (and Copilot chat!) Thanks, ClancyCan't pass business verification and contact support
Business verification. I'm completely lost. Don't want to talk how bad is MPN. Just want to say that getting tax residency paperwork from IRS was a breeze comparing to to MPN. I think I owe IRS an apology. I passed employee verification and stuck at business verification. Provided everything they asked, including DUNS, etc It says : EU Digital Services Act compliance status Learn more Non-compliant We have received required information but it cannot be verified successfully. Learn how to fix your account to get verified. When I follow the link it sends me from one AI "explanation" to another. "Fix now" offers "Upload another file" only. Of course, I don't know what they want. Uploaded everything And here is the problem. I can't submit support ticket. I follow every possible link provided here (and from google search as well). It brings me to "Copilot recommended solution" without even an option to submit a support ticket. When I press "Contact support" button at the bottom of "AI help" window it brings me back to the circles of Dante Inferno by Microsoft AI Any help is greatly appreciated
