The virtual assistant is good -- and the real assistants are great. Hosting.com is a complex program, but the bot does a nice job of instantly helping me through most issues, and I know that when I get stuck, I'll be connected to a person within a few minutes. The tech support people are always patient and always solve my problems. Today's problem-solver was Halif Fachrizal. Polite, knowledgeable, easy to follow. Thank you!
