@josephperrott what does this update buy us? did something trigger this update or are we just keeping up with the latest?

This was just an update to keep us from falling far out of date.

While we don't have any specific plans to being migrating to it, this update includes a number of pieces of preparation on the yarn side for migrating to yarn 2.
