New in the Gemini app: Create, refine, and listen to content anywhere with new Gemini app tools like Canvas and Audio Overviews
Now, you can dive into Canvas, which is a new interactive space right within the Gemini app where you can create initial drafts of documents and then work with Gemini to refine them. Ask for feedback, update specific sections, or use quick tools to tweak the tone and format, ensuring your message lands perfectly. Canvas even helps you generate, optimize, and preview code with the help of Gemini; helpful whether you’re a coding novice or an experienced developer. Need to collaborate with others? Easily export and share your work using Google Docs.


Ever wish you could listen to a document or report while you're on the go instead of reading it? We're introducing the popular Audio Overviews feature to the Gemini app, similar to the capability you know and love in NotebookLM. Simply select “Create Audio Overview” after you upload documents or slides, or generate one directly from inside a Deep Research report you create with Gemini. These downloadable podcast-style audio discussions can offer new insights on your content and make it easier to learn on the go.


Plus, now you can access our most intelligent AI model, Gemini 2.5 Pro (experimental), and the ability to upload files directly from your mobile device, getting even more powerful assistance and insights, wherever you work.
New in Gmail: Respond faster with contextual Smart Replies and add events directly from emails
Responding to email is now faster and better with Contextual Smart Replies. Powered by Gemini, this feature generates even more detailed and relevant replies, based on the context of the email thread, ensuring your reply is addressing the issues at hand. Hover over each response to get a quick preview of the text, select the one that feels right for the situation, and edit it or send the response immediately (available for Workspace Business and Enterprise).


It’s easy for you to add an event to your calendar right from your inbox with help from Gemini. Gemini detects emails that contain details about events and will display an "Add to Calendar" button. Just tap it to add the event to your Google Calendar. Easy!


New in Google Slides: Build visually appealing slides faster with the new consolidated design sidebar
Crafting compelling presentations is simpler than ever with the new design sidebar in Google Slides. This convenient sidebar consolidates features to build and present visually stunning slides — without leaving your presentation. Quickly access new templates, insert new pre-formatted building blocks like agendas and quotes to structure your content professionally, find stock photos and GIFs with our expanded library, or generate unique images with AI. It’s all about giving you the tools and inspiration you need, right where you need them, saving you time and helping boost your creativity.


New in Google Chat: Organize team info with the board tab and track HubSpot updates directly within Google Chat
High-performing teams need quick access to key info. The new board tab in Google Chat acts as a central hub to pin messages, files, and links, so important information is readily available, not hidden deep in a conversation. Intelligent file suggestions help you identify and curate the relevant assets needed for a team or project.


The new HubSpot app for Google Chat brings lead, deal, and ticket updates from HubSpot directly into your spaces in Chat. HubSpot’s popular Smart CRM solution helps connect all your customer data, giving your teams a shared, complete view of every customer to help you grow your business. With the Chat integration you can get real-time notifications and respond faster — improving collaboration across sales, support, and marketing teams.
