BlackIce Studio Announces Global Operational Restructuring and Strategic Transition

BlackIce Studio today announces a comprehensive global restructuring initiative designed to strengthen long-term sustainability, improve governance, and align operations with evolving regulatory, commercial, and industry standards.

This transition reflects BlackIce Studio’s commitment to transparency, data protection, and responsible business practices while positioning the organization for future growth through strategic partnerships and investment-focused operations.

Key Announcements

1. Conclusion of Direct Model Engagements
   All direct contractual relationships between BlackIce Studio and individual models will formally conclude on 31 December 2025.
   
   

2. Partner-Driven Operating Model
   Effective immediately, BlackIce Studio will operate exclusively through approved Partner Studios and Franchises, which will be solely responsible for talent engagement, staffing, and day-to-day operations.
   
   

3. End of Subscription-Based Services
   All BlackIce Studio subscription plans will be discontinued on 31 December 2025. Eligible users will receive refunds in accordance with applicable terms and policies.
   
   

4. Dashboard and Platform Sunset
   All model, studio, and administrative dashboards will be permanently deactivated on 31 December 2025.
   
   

5. Website Decommissioning
   The official BlackIce Studio website is scheduled to be shut down on 16 April 2026. Any changes to this timeline will be communicated in advance.
   
   

6. Closure of Communication Channels
   All existing BlackIce Studio–operated communication channels will cease operations on 16 April 2026.
   
   

7. Transition to Investment-Focused Operations
   Beginning 1 January 2025, BlackIce Studio will operate as a Studio Project Investment Organization, concentrating on funding, infrastructure development, and strategic studio partnerships.
   
   

8. Continuation of Services via Partners
   Content production, talent management, and studio operations will continue uninterrupted through authorized Partner Studios and Franchises.
   
   

9. Affiliation Opportunities
   Individuals or entities seeking continued association with BlackIce Studio may apply as independent studio operators or engage through approved partner organizations.
   
   

10. Data Protection and Confidentiality
    All personal data, identities, contractual records, and partnership information associated with BlackIce Studio will remain confidential, secured, and protected in accordance with applicable data protection standards.
    
    

11. Brand Governance and Compliance
    Use of the BlackIce Studio name, branding, or intellectual property will be restricted to licensed partners and franchises only.
    
    

12. No Impact on Independent Activities
