What do you like best about Crisp?

All customer support means in one place.

It provides various extensions, which allow for various automations.

We implemented the Crisp chatbot on our site and the experience has been excellent.

Crisp's support is perhaps the best and most efficient we have ever received. The person who assisted us from the beginning was Pedro, scheduling a meeting that lasted more than 60 minutes and was able to clarify the main doubts. It was not possible to present the entire Crisp tool, as it would indeed take much more time due to the range of possibilities it offers. Every time contact with Crisp was necessary, the response was always very quick and assertive, from the most basic questions to more complex problems that were solved quickly.

Finally, with the trial period offered, we were able to migrate all the support platforms we had in a timely manner to make the first payment only after everything was working correctly.

The support has a LiveTranslate tool that works perfectly well in case any of your operators do not master a required language. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crisp?

Crisp offers the possibility of using numerous extensions, so some do not meet our needs, but without a doubt, they will assist other companies with different demands. At the moment, we have nothing to complain about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The support experience has been awesome - we had some questions before transitioning from a competitor, and so we got to have the "customer experience" as Crisp helped us using their own tools. What do you like best about Crisp?

We primarily use Crisp for support (commercial, level 1 and level 2). The magicbrowse tools and live calls are particularly useful for troubleshooting, and the initial setup of the tool is accessible. Crisp's support is very available and efficient, and the interface is clean and pleasant, which is very important for a tool we use daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crisp?

I would have liked to be able to simply merge two discussions together from the inbox as I used to do with my previous ticketing tool, and to be able to set more options on email alerts, but this second point is not planned for the moment according to support. What do you like best about Crisp?

The most powerful point in Crisp is the simplicity and easy to handle most of your plugins and setup. Their support team also is very cooperative to solve any problem you might face while you doing your setup. We are a travel agency and Crisp help us to make our work easy and comfortable. What do you like best about Crisp?

It's as full-featured as Intercom but significantly cheaper. I'm also a big fan of the user CRM capabilities, the integration with Twilio for SMS, and the core chat capabilities. They're also very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love Crisp and especially its simplicity.
