Teamwork Chat is a good platform and I can stay in touch with my team daily to know the updates of the project and have meetings with team members as well, This also allows us to share work that happened among the members of the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Teamwork Chat has greatly improved over the years our organization has been using it. This platform is a great tool to keep our team connected and on the same page. We are able to have separate chats for each team and project and link them to a specific project in the Teamwork Projects platform as well. You can search historic chats if you want to find previously discussed information, and users can be added or removed (by the chat channel admin/initiator) as needed. It's easy to see who is in a chat channel, and the ability to rename a chat channel makes it easy to distinguish which channel is intended for which discussions (when you remember to utilize this feature). It would greatly benefit us to have a feature to "Mark as unread" and allow these chats to appear at the top of the recent chats. When out of the office or in a meeting, chats can get lost if you open them (whether intentionally or not). You can star a message (or bookmark it depending on which application you are viewing from), but it's not as easy to view or remember to return to these chats. I love that you get to send messages with your team with the ability to add: Gifs (Makign the work environment fun), Files (Attach what you need in the chat), you can also create groups and like the comments you receive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing at the moment. I think teamwork has a learning curve, but the chat feature is really straight forward. No need to go back and forth in the email inbox anymore Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can share files, initiate a video call, react with emojis, tag people in messages to get their attention, share links, and send messages that are specific to individual work projects. Also, the notification sound is easy on the ears. What's there not to like? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like Teamwork Chat's functionalities but I have a few recommendations: (1) It would be nice to be able to simply drag and drop files into the chat, but this feature is not available. To attach a file, I first have to click the button for attaching a file, then use the pop-up window to browse my files and select a file. (2) I would like to be able to react with a wider selection of emojis than the ones available. (3) I wish the emoji menu actually showed all of the available emojis. I have to visit a separate webpage to see the keyboard shortcuts to browse and find the emojis I like, and then go back to the chat window and type the shortcut. (4) The notification sound does not always occur when I receive a message so sometimes I miss them. I'm not sure why this is happening. (5) Teamwork Chat doesn't always load or update instantaneously, which also affects my response time, which can be a challenge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Immediate interaction with my team members lets me get my tasks done quickly and respond to my clients immediately. Chat lets me create tasks that get added into the teamwork platform for workflow and assignment, I can upload or download files, docs, pics, links, etc in chat. It is an absolute necessity for our company! I even have the phone app downloaded so I can work on the go!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I enjoy being able to get quick responses from team members, but we probably should be having conversations on a task to keep a record of them. I also like that Chat usually stays up when Teamwork itself goes down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's like a conveyer belt of information and really difficult to reference back. Threads within chat might be more useful to keep conversations more streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
