VobeSoft is the modular platform for your work. Configure databases, automations, and views to streamline and optimize your operations—all within one flexible system. Every software system has databases. These databases are often static, giving organizations that work with these standard solutions functionalities that they are not using and functions they can't change to their unique needs. Usually, with a lot of hassle, workarounds are applied to reach the end goal. But in the end, this hassle with workarounds only leads to frustration and not optimally using the advantages a software system should give you and your organization. The only static of today is that organizations are constantly changing. And this change isn't bad. It represents an improvement of the organization. Vobesoft has been a great help to me for my business administration and continues to do so. Their staff is amazing, constantly developing and growing. The development of the CRM template has been very helpful, and the customer portal for my clients is fully dynamic and configurable and perfect for my clients to follow the projects. For some of my work, a specific document management system might work more easily and offer better integration with MS Office. However, that slight disadvantage is amply compensated by the many other possibilities of Vobesoft that make it a well-workable total solution for the entire company. Ideal for both small and large organizations where departments depend on each other. Due to the flexibility of Vobesoft you can set up the organization as you see fit and automate processes. What do you like best about VobeSoft?

In the years since I started using VobeSoft for my personal and professional administration, I have never looked back or looked further for another solution. (Disclaimer: I do know the founders personally.)

This cloud-based application offers me everything I need for keeping track of 'things'. It allows me to customize any data object I can think of that draws my attention: from cars to houses, from strategy to activity, from time slot to 'meaning'.

I am particularly fond of the calendar, which allows me to switch seamlessly from my appointments to underlying activities and results: it truly presents an integrated view of how I spend my time aligned with the 'things/data objects' that I like to keep track of.

In addition, there are dashboards, email reminders (based on criteria) and extensive users, roles and permission management. If I were to start a new company or plan to improve one (which is my forté) then I would start here - with VobeSoft. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VobeSoft?

I have to enter text here for G2 to accept my review. In all honesty, there are no things that disqualify this product from the usage that I intend to get out of it. Your results may vary and once more: I may be biased as I do know the founders.

I have a suspicion that the way one data object has a relation to another data object can be improved upon, but I have yet to find the use case that requires such improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
