Welcome to this video, Exam AB900 Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals. Microsoft 365 is a very popular cloud-based software-as-a-service solution, providing critical workloads such as Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Microsoft 365 now supports copilot functionality, including Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and support for agents. the fundamentals of how these workloads interact and function, and also how Copilot can improve functionality and efficiency is a crucial step on your journey to supporting this environment in your workplace. By studying for and passing the AB900 Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals exam, you can begin the journey to mastering these technologies. This video seeks to help you navigate a path towards the AB900 Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals certification by guiding you through the important exam objectives with with discussion sessions and hands-on demonstrations. I'm Andrew Warren, and I'll be your instructor throughout those sessions and demonstrations. I'm a long-time Microsoft certified trainer and I've taught thousands of students in hundreds of classes over the years. For many years, I've been working with Microsoft on their official curriculum courseware. I've also written almost a dozen exam ref books for Microsoft Press, including exam ref MD102, Microsoft Endpoint Administrator. There are four lessons in this course. Lesson one, in Understand Cloud Concepts, you'll learn about the benefits and considerations cloud services and the types of cloud services. Lesson 2, identify the core features and objects of Microsoft 365 services, focuses on the core Microsoft 365 workloads, and covers the following exam objectives. Identify the core objects of Microsoft 365 services, understand the Microsoft 365 security principles, and identify the core security features of Microsoft 365 services. In lesson 3, understand data protection and governance tasks for Microsoft 365 and Copilot, you'll learn about Microsoft Purview, data security implications of Copilot, data protection and governance risks for Microsoft 365 and Copilot, identifying and monitoring oversharing and SharePoint in Microsoft 365. In lesson four, perform basic administrative tasks for Copilot and Agents, you'll learn about features and capabilities of Copilot and Agents, basic administrative tasks for Copilot, and basic administrative tasks for Agents. By the end of the video, you should have learned enough to take and pass the AB900 copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals exam. Since this is a new exam, Microsoft might well update the requirements at some point, so it's a good idea to visit the Microsoft website for the latest AB900 exam study guide.
