Waifu Shop Development Roadmap

Greetings, esteemed shopkeepers!

It’s been an exciting launch for Waifu Shop, and now that we’ve caught our footing, we’d like to share some of our latest developments and plans for the not so distant future of the game.
These are some of the features and concepts that will shape the future of your gameplay experience with Waifu Shop.

Any moment now:

• Chapter One for all Worker Waifu (Ember first)!
• The Gallery feature. Naturally.
• Our first proper event – “Harmony’s Massage Salon”
• A full rebalance of quests, Adventurer Waifu skills, and item power. Mo’ challenge, mo’ reward.
• A selection of QoL and bug fixes – e.g. the free Pull timer will be based on server time, as decided in a landslide vote by our players on Discord! (Are you on Discord? You should be).

Working on it:

• A hot new bombshell enters the villa – uh, we mean, the Shop. Meet the Exotics! A new selection of characters comes to Waifu Shop late November/early December. We got maids! We got dragons! We got desert roses!
• Dating events: don’t just send your Waifu out into the dangers of Vesper Wilderness… Stay a while, we could have a nice chat over the counter.
• Wall and Floor Customization: look, we love the whole medieval sex dungeon look, but your place of business should have a window or two. Let some light in, you know? Better to see the price tags with.
• The FIFTH Island: we’re clearing up the ol’ fog of war.
• Tier 7 items: you’d better not enter the Fifth Island without some of these bad boys.

Brainstorming:

• Personal Orders: complete multiple item orders at once for a heartier reward!
• Marketplace: Buy and Sell items for gold and crystals.
• Shop Beauty Rankings: we’re ranking your Shop, not your customers. Please refer back to Wall and Floor Customization for further assistance.
• Guilds/Friends system: meet and interact with other Master Traders! A social aspect of the game would open a lot of possibilities for new events and easier Shop management.
• Advanced Combat system: Attention all players, please enter the Arena. Adding a social aspect to the game is a promise of PvP and PvE to come.

Event Plans:

• Faction Reputation Events: playing favorites will net you better equipment! We’re gonna need some Faction-Specific quests and rewards to roll this one out.
• Bazaar Events: exchange items for unique decorations and rare goods. It’s like the Marketplace feature but way cooler.
• Deep Expedition Events: more complex quests, not so easy to accomplish. But if you do, your notable investment will make you very, very rich.
• Kaiju Events: band together to defend Vesper Island against colossal threats and earn glory and rewards for your bravery.

Closing Thoughts
