The Relationship Update

WE'RE CHANGING THE GAME!

Literally. Because this is an update.

Welcome, Commanders, to our next major update! Over the past few months, our team has been thinking: how can we improve your connection to your favorite mercenaries? That's when we came up with a new relationship system. Let's see what it is and what else has been added in this update:

Relationships

We know you love DMing with our girls. But what if you could meet them, talk to them, flirt with them, share an ice cream cone, or soak in a hot tub with them? Introductions: Relationships.

• Some girls have a special Relationship meter and level. You can increase this meter by sending the right DM replies or by giving them special items.
• As a girl's relationship meter fills up, your relationship level with her increases. Each new level unlocks new bios, dates, and outfits (skins).
• Dates are a new type of reward that allows you to take your girls out on a date. It involves different storylines, interactive dialog and some very… intimate situations.
• Bio shows you more details about your favorite girls. Learn their nicknames, star signs, personality types, life facts, and more.
• Outfits are mercenary skins — and by reaching relationship level 20, you can unlock exclusive outfits for your favorite girls.
• The path to relationship level 20 is quite long. Love takes time to develop! But you can speed it up by giving gifts. Gifts come in all rarities, and certain girls have preferences for what they like and what they love. Gifts can be obtained from PvP chests, daily/weekly quests, and from special shops.
• With the release of this feature, two girls become dateable: Kitty and Regina. More will become datable with new events — including Mitsuki!

General Changes

In addition to this new system, we've made other improvements to the game.

• Updated UI for Love Chats. Now there's more focus on the conversation and your conversation partner. Also, the gallery button has been moved to a more prominent location.
• Each mercenary already has two outfits: regular and… enhanced. You can now choose between them if you prefer your mercenaries to look less revealing. This does not apply to commanders. Not yet.
• Free daily, weekly, and monthly deals are no longer available. This has been the case for new players for some time already, but is now rolled out to everyone.
• However, free rewards for contests on our Discord are now available! Join our server and keep an eye on the #community-events channel.
• Fixed a bug that would show you didn't have enough space for PvP crates when you had empty slots.
• Fixed a number of other minor localization, animation, graphics and UI issues.
