The bill gives Executive Order 14331, titled “Guaranteeing Fair Banking for All Americans” the force and effect of law.
The legislation requires that lending and services decisions must be based on impartial, risk-based analysis, not political or reputational favoritism.

Would require devices activated in Montana to ask the user to provide their age during setup and automatically filter “obscene” content if the user is a minor.
