On your financial statement, a FastSpring charge may appear as one of the following:
- FastSpring
- FSPRG
- FS*Company Name
- FSPRG*Company Name
“Company Name” is the business where the product was purchased.
If you do not recognize a charge from FastSpring:
- Search your email for FastSpring, FSPRG, FS*, or FSPRG* to locate your order receipt near the charge date.
- Ask other household members to check their email for a receipt from FastSpring — the purchase may have been made by someone else.
