The number of tasks you need in a month depends on how many times you want OttoKit to perform actions in your workflows. Each time your workflow executes an action, it counts as one task.

For example, if you use OttoKit to send order confirmation emails to users, and you receive 100 new orders in a month, OttoKit will send 100 emails, and each email sent counts as one task.

So, in this example, you would need at least 100 tasks in a month to cover all the email notifications for the new orders.

Keep in mind that you might have other workflows with different actions and triggers, so think about those carefully when working out how many tasks you need each month.
