    Hi support,

good plugin! Unfortuantly the feed is not updated automatically.

We enabled the debug mode, tried switching from old to new cron system and also excluded wp rocket from caching. Nothing helped.

I see this error. Is this related to your plugin?

    Dear @welaunchio

    Thanks for reaching us.

The error report doesn’t seem to be related to CTX Feed and not responsible for the feed auto update issue. To solve the feed auto update issue, you can follow the below steps –

    1. First, go to CTX Feed > Status >, find WP-Cron in the list, and check if its status is OK. If not, enable wp-cron.
    2. Go to CTX Feed > settings > disable new cron system
    3. Then, Go to Manage feed and disable the auto update option of all the feeds – Screenshot
    4. Now, edit the feed, update, and regenerate it. do not use shortcut regenerate button.
    5. Again, enable the feed auto-update option that was disabled – screenshot
    6. Now, again, edit the feed, update, and regenerate it. do not use shortcut regenerate button.
    7. Now install this plugin and go to the Cron manager – screenshot
    8. On the cron event list, find events with the keyword Single and check if there are the same number of cron events added as similar to your feed count – Screenshot
    9. If you see the same number of cron events, all your feeds are going to regenerate on the next auto update interval.

If you’re still unable to solve the feed auto update issue, kindly reach us from here. Please let us know if the above helped you to solve the auto feed update issue.
