Great customer service

I paid for the lifetime Pro plugin version, and loved how good it is for importing, choosing and displaying reviews from different sources.

Unfortunately the NitroPack plugin was causing some issues with this plugin, and I am already committed to using NitroPack, so after some back and forth with Josh trying to fix the issues on my website (fast and helpful replies!) I eventually asked him for a refund on WP Slider Pro, which he provided immediately, no questions asked.

It didn’t work out for me but I highly recommend this company all the same!
