Do not pay for the so-called “Premium” support. It’s an absolute joke. I asked for assistance and all I got was a short e-mail (from an engineer supposedly, lmao) asking me to just contact my hosting company regarding permission issues. I understand that permission issues might sound like something out of their scope of support, but they don’t even try to look. The problem was NOT hosting related and more that the files had been uploaded from the root account, which I later figured out. For 100 dollars, I expected a little more effort.

I then proceeded to e-mail them back saying I had managed to fix the permissions issue myself, but that I was still experiencing issues with their software. They have NEVER replied.

They are NOT getting my $99 each year anymore. Yes, their “Premium Support” is an absolute joke.

They have also refused to support international languages, so if you run a site that is not in English, you are out of luck with user-facing messages that come up in English. They have been contacted about this several times, and they always give a run-around, or ignore it.

I still give them 2 stars because the WordFence is good and protects you when it actually works as supposed to.
