Purchase events not showing

    Hi all,

    We have Google Analytics setup through the Google Analytics for Woocommerce plugin.

    Every key event (e.g. add to cart, begin checkout, etc.) is being measured, except for the purchase event iself.

    We are using bricks builder; the checkout flow is built according to what WooCommerce recommends. Cart URL is /cart/, checkout URL is /checkout/, and thank you page (where the event should be recorded) has the order-received endpoint.

    However, purchase events simply don’t show – I’ve debugged it with Google Tag Manager, Google’s realtime events, etc.

I understand that while other key events like add to cart and begin checkout are being tracked properly, the purchase event itself is not showing up despite the thank you page using the expected order-received endpoint.

    To help narrow down the cause, could you please try deactivating the Bricks Builder plugin temporarily and using the default WooCommerce cart, checkout, and thank you pages? Then place a test order and see if the purchase event is recorded correctly.

    I’ve seen several cases where users encountered similar issues when using custom-built thank you pages. That’s why I recommend testing with the default setup to check if the purchase tracking works as expected.
