What I like best about Avidly is how it simplifies complex sales and marketing processes into something easy to understand and actually use. The team’s approach is very practical and results-driven, which makes implementation smooth and effective. What do you dislike about Avidly?

What I dislike about Avidly is that, at times, the processes can feel a bit structured, leaving less room for quick experimentation or customization. There is also a learning curve in the beginning, especially for teams new to advanced CRM or inbound marketing tools. What do you like best about Avidly?

Avidly have shown great adaptability to our changing needs over the past 12 months. Our business priorities often shift, and at times we need to react quickly — Avidly have supported us in managing this and responded with speed when required. The flexible way of working we’ve developed together (which I know is quite different from their usual client model) has allowed us to plan strategically when possible, but also secure quick wins and adjust our approach as business needs arise. The team are always on hand to help, even beyond the scope of our retainer, and are consistently willing to support wherever they can. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Avidly?

In the past, the relationship felt rigid and sometimes difficult to manage. There was a reliance on slideshows and meetings, but not enough actionable outcomes. Monthly reports, in particular, often felt inflated rather than focused on clearly explaining what had been done and what the next steps should be. Since moving to our new way of working, this has improved.

That said, I still feel the monthly reports could be more transparent and include stronger recommendations. For example, if a PPC campaign underperforms, I’d like to see clear reasoning behind it and actionable suggestions to address it or test new approaches. Sometimes this does happen, but not consistently — and often the responsibility to try something different falls back to us. I’d prefer to lean on their expertise more and see them take the lead in proposing new ideas, rather than stepping back and leaving the decision with us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Communication was prompt and smooth throughout, and the team was consistently professional, responsive, and supportive.

Luis, our onboarding coach, was patient, thorough, and easy to follow—he helped demystify the entire HubSpot setup process. By the end of our sessions, I felt confident training our team and managing the system independently. The Kajabi integration with Izzy also went smoothly—they handled every question with professionalism and flexibility, even when our schedules shifted.
