What do you like best about BetterCloud?

I love the dynamic aspect. Everything is integrated, which makes onboarding and offboarding a breeze. Transferring files and ownership of docs is another thing that is now easy. Bettercloud also allows email/calendar delegation as well as the ability to assign people to Google groups. It works extremely seamlessly with Google. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BetterCloud?

I use app.bettercloud and g.bettercloud separately and they both provide value. If these were somehow integrated to be the same application that would be beneficial. Also, sometimes it takes a while for the workflow to complete- checking the audit logs will let you know if it was successful or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
