"Cassandra good database"
What do you like best about Cassandra?

Cassandra is good to handle configurations related data, management data. User data. data which keep changing, we can use cassandra.

Casaandra supports high availability also, replication etc., Cassandra is easy to learn as its based on sql structure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cassandra?

It is read-heavy, we need to create new tables for each need. Modifying a table is costly. Consumes more storage for the same information if we store in any other databases.

Schema is very strict, it is very difficult to change the schema. we have to go with creating new tables everytime we wanty to change schema. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Poor performance, high administration overhead"
What do you like best about Cassandra?

Scales nicely for writes, CQL is easy to pickup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
