What do you like best about ChangeEngine?

There is nothing else quite like it in the market. ChangeEngine is a game-changer for internal communications. It lets me create and deliver engaging programs for our employees without relying on marketing or external help. I can easily customize everything with our company branding and choose the best channel for each message. The platform is also very user-friendly and quick to set up. We saw immediate results in terms of employee satisfaction and management feedback. Now we are excited to expand it to our global workforce.

12/07/2025 Update to my review: We have been with ChangeEngine now for over 2 1/2 years and the platform has only gotten better with time. One thing I appreciate is how it is hitting on more than just internal comms, with new survey tools (Listen Module) and the ability to quickly make guides, one pagers and FAQs, it is becoming a powerful all-in-one tool for comms, HR, and L&D. What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?

There isn’t much to dislike. As with any platform, there’s a learning curve early on, but the ChangeEngine team is very responsive and helpful in working through questions and optimizations. I love using ChangeEngine for internal communications, as it allows us to send out clear, visually appealing messaging. What do you like best about ChangeEngine?

The customer service is exceptional. Jaqui is truly the MVP — always responsive, supportive, and willing to help in any way she can. Fer has also been a fantastic partner throughout our journey. Beyond the people, the platform itself is easy to use and top-notch. Having worked in the L&D space for years, I can confidently say that if you’re looking for a functional, well-designed platform that supports both learning design and communication goals, this is the cream of the crop. I frequently use this platform, and the ease of implementation is phenomenal! The integrated AI tools have helped me save significant time and allowed me to focus on other critical initiatives across the organization. What do you like best about ChangeEngine?

I love how ChangeEngine is integrated with ADP and helps me send emails to the groups I want seamlessly. It drafts emails and communications for me, creating media as if I have my own comms team. The customer service is superb; they really figure out whatever you need, even helping with recruitment flyers, employer branding, and company swag. The ease of scheduling emails and using the calendar to see the analytics behind it is great. Having a separate platform to run my emails in an HR compliant way is very valuable. What do you like best about ChangeEngine?

ChangeEngine has been a game changer for my organization. It makes communications easy to send out and integrates with Outlook, Teams, and our HRIS. The team at ChangeEngine is incredible, hands on in a non-invasive way and always available to answer questions and help with our needs. We use ChangeEngine on a weekly if not daily basis. My only hiccup has been some of the HRIS mapping, but honestly, the team at ChangeEngine has been going above and beyond to help us find solutions and work through our unique needs. What do you like best about ChangeEngine?

Our ChangeEngine team is fantastic. We have regular meetings where the team asks us thoughtful questions to be sure we're getting the most out of their service, listen to what we're working on and provide advise as to how/if we could do it more efficiently with the tool. The integration to our HRIS allows for easy segmentation of groups which has become one of my favorite tools for easy internal comms. One way I've used the tool is to assist in full company event planning. Being able to have onboarding help and track internal emails is also incredibly helpful. What do you like best about ChangeEngine?

What I like best about Change Engine is the customer service and the quick response time when I'm in a time crunch to get information out to company employees. Carla is professional and provide great input/ideas and feedback when we have to reach employees to make it short, concise and professional capturing their attention. Change Engine has made my life easier, quick to get out important information with the many new programs I initiate, including making open enrollment more efficient. The portal makes creating and scheduling internal comms a breeze. But my favorite thing, is the creative team, that I get to collaborate with. Fer and Jacqui are an absolute dream, they are professional, creative, friendly, on-time, and never skip a beat. I feel like we hit the lottery with them.
