I find Cinode to be an invaluable tool for our consulting business due to its comprehensive capabilities that align seamlessly with our needs. One of the standout features is its ability to connect consultants to the right assignments swiftly, significantly reducing the time from lead to deal. This efficiency has lessened the administrative burden on our sales and matching employees, allowing for a more streamlined process. Cinode offers several features I truly value, but I'd like to highlight e few in particular.

#1 – Competence Management and Consultant Profiles

At the heart of Cinode is the Skills module, which makes it incredibly fast and easy—in my role as a salesperson—to find the right consultants based on specific project requirements. Creating client-tailored CVs is also extremely efficient: I can simply toggle assignments on and off in the consultant’s profile to match the customer's needs. #2 – Consistent and High-Quality Business Data

When opportunities, roles, and assignments are managed in a single, shared system, it drives accountability across the organization. A Few Areas Where I'm Looking Forward to Improvements

The CRM area.

We've transitioned from using two separate CRM systems (Frontit and our subsidiary Prové) to a unified solution. The clear benefit is having a consistent flow from business opportunities to consultant assignments. However, from a salesperson’s perspective, there are still some features typically expected from a CRM that are currently missing or limited.

Examples include:

* Support for Customer Group Hierarchies

* The ability to configure custom fields

* Data management tools for maintaining clean customer records (e.g. merging duplicate companies, reassigning contacts)

* Flexible configuration of the customer card (e.g. which fields are mandatory or optional)

It replaces separate spreadsheets and tools by unifying sales, skills, and project management in one place.

It makes it easy to find the right consultant for a project by giving you a detailed and searchable overview of your team's skills.

You can quickly create client-ready CVs from data already in the system, saving significant time on proposals.

It gives you a clear view of who's available and who's busy, helping you better allocate your resources and increase billable hours.

The open system requires consistent data entry to keep skills and profiles accurate and searchable.

The investment might be significant for very small teams or startups.

Sometimes theres quite a lot of inconsistency between peoples profiles. Too many non-mandatory elements of it makes for an inconsistent amount of intformation from CV to CV Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like more flexibility using additional fields for industries, offering areas and other Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find that I am able to create, manage and adjust my CVs for varius projects a lot more easily than before with other tools which saves me time and I find that the end result is also a lot better. I only need to enter my information once which is very convenient and the built in AI tools for translating and shortening my texts is really nice to have. I also like that there is one source of truth for my CV. Any changes I make to one CV will be reflected everywhere, which means all variations of my CV will always be up to date. How often I use Cinode depends if im on project or not, but its very easy to use and I dont need to spend an entire afternoon to create a new CV for a potential project. I really like that changes I make in one CV will be reflected onto other CVs as well, but I'd like a button to apply all new text changes to all text fields in the CV. As of right now, I have to manually go to each once and accept the change Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system has many modules, which is beneficial if you decide to use it as your main consultant profile and assignment tool. However, if you only need support in specific areas, the system might seem somewhat complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a consultant, I mainly use Cinode to manage my skills & CV to ensure that I can be matched with relevant client assignments.

One of the standout features is how effortless it is to write, adjust, and keep my CV up to date. The platform allows me to quickly tailor my profile and create customized CVs for different client opportunities, making it easy to highlight the most relevant skills and experiences depending on the project.

Another thing I really like is how easy it is to get an overview of my organization and our skills.
