"All-in-One Solution That Streamlines Club Management Effortlessly"
What do you like best about Club Automation?

Club Automation makes all our processes so much easier. It's seamless integration across all the different areas of our business makes my job as membership manager so efficient. It's an email platform, a payment processing platform, a reporting tool, a member management platform & a court booking system all in one. What do you dislike about Club Automation?

"Comprehensive Scheduling with Some Improvement Needed"
What do you like best about Club Automation?

I find Club Automation really helpful because everything we need for our clients is on one software. I love being able to see my entire week's schedule on one screen, along with the entire facility's schedule. I like that it is web-based, so I don't have to download anything on my computer or device. I also appreciate that the new scheduler is compatible with the app, allowing me to see my schedule and schedule clients from the app, not just the web browser. While the new scheduler still has a few kinks, I overall like the new version. The initial setup was pretty easy, and even though it took me a few days to get the hang of the features, it's pretty self-explanatory in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Club Automation?

On the new scheduler specifically: I would like to be able to see the blocked time specifications, and not just see the words 'blocked.' I want to see why I blocked that time. Secondly, I want to be able to repeat blocked times. Right now, I can repeat personal training sessions for multiple days or weeks, but I cannot repeat blocked times. As of right now, those are the two biggest things that I have an issue with, as do most of my coworkers because we use the blocked time feature often for meetings. What do you like best about Club Automation?

I use Club Auto frequently (multiple times a week) at the sports club I work at being both a front desk clerk and a membership representative. I really like the membership system, it is intuitive and provides all the information you need in one or two screen and allows you to see everything at a glance. What do you dislike about Club Automation?

I think some of the UI is a little bit dated, which I know they are fixing with updates. It would also be cool to have a computer application or desktop application instead of a web browser for more legitimacy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how Club Automation doesn't just solve problems, but it effectively runs the entire operation for our tennis, pickleball, racquetball, and fitness center, allowing us to fulfill our daily tasks efficiently. Its navigation is exceptionally easy to use, which is crucial when working in such a dynamic environment. I appreciate that it offers a simple and straightforward user experience, as having an uncomplicated system is beneficial for productivity. What do you like best about Club Automation?

I truly appreciate the outstanding support team at Club Automation, which has been phenomenal from the very beginning. The onboarding experience was exceptional, and the continuous excellent customer service is a noticeable improvement over what we had with our legacy system. I love the fact that I can directly reach out and have someone troubleshoot our issues promptly. Even in challenging situations, the support team ensures we arrive at agreeable solutions, which has been fantastic. From my team's perspective, the platform has greatly enhanced our operations, especially in managing tennis and pickleball activities. The ease of booking courts, adding pros, and managing clients is remarkably superior compared to our previous system. What do you dislike about Club Automation?

I find it frustrating that we cannot sell packages of guest passes that don't require signing into a specific class, especially for situations like holidays when we want to offer such packages more flexibly. Another issue is the reporting features, which I feel could be more user-friendly, particularly for onboarding new staff. It would be incredibly helpful if there were straightforward reports that didn't require extensive filtering, such as viewing all memberships and their expiration dates or upcoming payments without having to dig through too much data. Additionally, the setup process of Club Automation was not straightforward; it was very time-consuming and could have benefited from a shared workspace for easier management of materials and progress, particularly given our use of Google Suite as opposed to Teams. "Effortless Profiles and Registration, Super Helpful Reporting"
What do you like best about Club Automation?

-Our Customer Service Manager - John Staufer is the best! Having a one-on-one person available to us with regular meetings was necessary from the beginning. We are very happy with this program. We can address our needs without calling the customer number constantly.

-Creating Profiles - very easy

-Registering for programs - very easy

-Reporting - very helpful

-User Groups are easy to understand

-Check in process is very easy

What do you dislike about Club Automation?

-Too many steps when changing a membership

-We're unable to manually change the status from Expired, Cancelled, etc (system pulls old info, not always the most current)

-Communication Center - still needs a little help. Some features are not working properly (ie. emailing primary member - if this worked, it would be much easier to email parents of our under 18 membership population regarding programs, etc)

-It would be nice to see the POS pull all combined charges to the main member - if we need to apply charges to other family members, they either get put in as a payment on account or are charged separately on each profile.

-It would be nice if we could see the NOTES on the first part of the profile page, not just at check in. Notes tab is good but it doesn't always get referred to when bringing up a profile

-Should decline or flag if duplicate emails are in the system on multiple profiles.

-Wished we had more time during our roll out to go through data in our system - we would have liked more time to "clean up" our old system before we launched our new CA . Also, mention to new customers not to roll out new system on billing day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that Club Automation offers front and center for support for our team. The company is constantly listening to our feedback and making updates that improve our user experience, both for our members and employees. Also, having John Staufer is the best thing we could ask for! CA is easy to use and train on, so that we can roll out camps and programs with little to no business interruption. I appreciate that Club Automation handles payroll efficiently and allows seamless court bookings. It ensures that payments are processed correctly in all directions. What do you like best about Club Automation?

It is very easy to use and navigate through, the integration of being able to have personal training sessions along with regular memberships and purchases is absolutely amazing! You have everything all together, making it easy to differentiate different types of memberships. Creating a membership is a breeze, so is cancelling or holding one. What do you dislike about Club Automation?

I would love to see an improvement in our POS, to possibly be able to upload images of different products in case for example a product flavor is unclear or the barcode isn't working. Sometimes there are glitches when trying to go to someone's POS straight from the home screen. After clicking a person's name sometimes it will pull up a Non-member Sale, rather than being on the person's account with their credit card attached. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
