What i like best about Docusign CLM is the ability to centralize and automate the entire contract lifecycle. From drafting and collaboration to approval and storage, everything is streamlined in one place. The integration with other tools like Salesforce and the ability to create templates and workflows really helps reduce manual work and minimize errors. Its specially useful for keeping track of the contract versions and ensuring compliance across departments. The platform is intuitive and once the workflows are setup, it saves a lot of time and back and forth. It is also easy user interface and mobile frendly so i can also use it on my mobile easily. This is one of the most cumbersome and exhausting softwares I've ever used. I'm a sales rep where my company just switched to Docusign CLM from using SalesForce native workflows. DocuSign CLM is extremely inefficient and unnatural to use. It is difficult to determine which quotes tie to which opportunity. It is difficult to manage when a customer sends you a contract on their docusign. it is difficult to wet signature contracts. it is difficult--nay, impossible--to look up historical approvals and internal notes. Docusign clearly just acquired Spring CLM and did a poor job of integrating its features within Original Docusingn and SalesForce.

This has increased the time it takes for me to do every day tasks in my sales role, and even worse, I've seen sales reps become apathetic to their jobs with the constant road blocks this tool creates in day-t0-day workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It’s not plug-and-play. The onboarding process is... a journey. Compared to a lot of other electronic document management platforms, Docusign is a trusted name and its by far the easiest to use and organize our templates and to send to clients. It has evolved so much over the past 4 years alone that I felt compelled to write a review. The improvements have turned this platform into our company's one stop shop when it comes to sending signatures for verification. We use this several times a month and I must say the implementation of this at the firm was an easy one two three. Its so easy to use we haven't needed any customer support! All the features could seem overwhelming when you first use it but if you only need it for a handful of documents, this is the platform for you! The highlight is the automation of the entire contract lifecycle — creation through deployment, approval, and signing. The customizable workflows are a standout, allowing our team to set up repeatable, rules-based processes that reduce errors and speed things up.

The integration with other tools like Salesforce and Microsoft 365 is extremely helpful. It prevents us from having to bounce back and forth between systems and has all of this in a single location. The version control and audit trails also give us the visibility that we need, especially for compliance.

What used to take days — routing contracts for approval, managing redlines, or gathering signatures — can now be done in a fraction of the time.
