As a human resources consultant for small businesses, EventCreate is a very useful tool in helping clients plan company events. It is very user friendly for both administrators and end users. In a matter of minutes, a new event can be created, easily sent to your invitation list, and results will immediately be tracked. The events/sites look very professional and are easily customized to fit your company's vibe. Best of all, you can quickly see how many attendees you should plan for and export all of the data to a spreadsheet for further use. I highly recommend this site! The only downfall of EventCreate is that you are limited to 50 attendees if using the free version of the site. This makes it ideal for small businesses who would be under that threshold. With as easy as this system is to implement and utilize, it is likely also very beneficial for larger orgnizations who have even more people to track, even if it does come with a cost.
