I love Fathom and its ability to capture the details of the meeting. I love the detailed reporting and the accuracy of what is being captured. I love the summaries, the ease of integration, and the user-friendliness provided. It is so nice to be in a meeting with Fathom, knowing the notes will be taken. There isn't much to dislike about Fathom, even the free version, while not nearly as robust as the paid version, and only gives you a general outline of the conversation can be extremely helpful. Fathom sends a reminder before your meeting and gives you a gentle prompt during the meeting to let you know how much you are speaking. Afterward, there are multiple options for receiving your notes, and you can have them automatically added to Hubspot, where tasks are also created for you. I find this feature especially helpful, as it simplifies following up on next steps.

We use Fathom for all our external meetings and occasionally for internal ones to get an overview. It is also linked to a drive folder to save the videos for later, using a Zapier connection. Simple and compatible. It works everywhere and you don't have to think about it. The AI integration is superb. I love the "Ask Fathom" feature because I can ask it any question about what was said, when it was said, etc. during the call. It works across browsers, video call platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) and is very robust and resilient (e.g. if it does ever drop, a new agent is automatically sent into the meeting to pick up the call recording ASAP). Fathom allows me to truly focus on interviewing and getting to know my candidate, rather than worrying about taking notes and tracking follow-up action items. I can also easily share my interviews with my internal SME's to prep for their tech screens with the candidates we are moving along to the next step. All of my SME's LOVE Fathom also! They are able to easily access particular points in my interviews where key points are discussed. My sales team also uses Fathom on all of their meetings given its ease of use for all parties. The best aspect of using Fathom is that the meeting recordings already outline the checklist. The action items on the to-do list are fantastic. My main concern with Fathom is the inability to tap on items and organize them into folders. With the range of meetings we have, it can be challenging to locate what I need, especially if I haven't named something clearly. A folder feature would be extremely helpful for keeping things more organized.

Additionally, it would be beneficial if there were an option to automatically share the meeting with participants, or at least make this feature available.
