Honestly, after using it since 2014, there’s very little to dislike. The only thing I’d point out is that the interface feels a bit dated, and customer support could be more responsive. What I appreciate most is the cross-platform compatibility, which allows me to run it on my Windows OS while accessing a Linux OS hosted on a server.
