What do you like best about Housecall Pro?

It's very user friendly and has to many features that I didn't even know I needed. When we implemented HCP into our business, it was a smooth transition and organized all of our customers with attached jobs and invoices. The HCP team has quick responses anytime I have a question. We use it daily to schedule estimates which also makes booking jobs a breeze! I run the office and the techs can attach pictures and notes right to the job. Receiving reviews, automatic reminders for past due invoices, revenue reports, HCP has it all. Definately recommend HCP to business owners! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Housecall Pro?

What do you like best about Housecall Pro?

I use Housecall Pro for running my business, and it makes things easier. I've been using it for about three years, and I like it a lot. I appreciate their Facebook page where I can quickly get help and feedback from other users and developers without having to wait on a phone call. I like their support, it's pretty cool. They're always coming out with new products, which I enjoy trying out. The setup was pretty simple, and once I got the hang of it, it was easy to use. I give it a 10 out of 10, and I like the fact that it focuses my Google and Facebook reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Housecall Pro?

I had an issue with invoicing on Housecall Pro where sometimes all the invoices wouldn't show up month to month. But that's been recently fixed on the application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient, Feature-Rich, and Easy to Use"
What do you like best about Housecall Pro?

I love the service contract feature in Housecall Pro and the on the way feature, which is great for us. I also love that it works with Force fleets and helps in tracking our vans. There are so many great features that make things easier for us and our customers, like collecting payments every month and reminding them when they need to schedule. These features take a lot off our customer's experience person's responsibilities every day. What do you dislike about Housecall Pro?

I would love to see a map when I'm scheduling where my jobs are so I can schedule jobs closer to each other. For efficiency with our guys. So they're not going thirty minutes away and then coming back to the same town. And that not to be an add on from a different company. What do you dislike about Housecall Pro?

Sometimes the menus are not as intuitive as I would like. I just booked someone the other day to the wrong address on mobile because there was not indication that there were two addresses associated with the account in the mobile app. One was displayed on her profile, which is the one I confirmed with her. Real automation without a complicated learning curve. It is possible to schedule appointment reminders, automatic charges, and follow-ups without needing to be a software expert. It is ideal for technicians or business owners seeking efficiency without complications. The mobile app is powerful and well-designed: technicians can check routes, take photos, charge, and close jobs directly from their phone. Additionally, it works even offline, which is very useful in areas with poor signal. The flow is complete, from quotation to payment. You can send a quote, convert it into a job, invoice, and collect payment, all within the same process, which helps reduce errors and speeds up the sales cycle. What do you dislike about Housecall Pro?

I like how Housecall Pro helps me keep track of my customers and their invoices, which is invaluable for someone who's been in the business for over 25 years. I also appreciate that they're always expanding their services and have integrated email and text marketing along with review services and payment processing in one place, making it convenient. What do you like best about Housecall Pro?

We use it and it’s pretty good. There’s occasionally some glitches that we have to work out (billing stuff like dates get messed up). Overall though it has vastly improved the estimating & billing side of the business. For me, we were using just quickbooks and various lists so anything would have been an improvement.
