I use Koyfin for market analysis, news, keeping track of client stock, internal investment model portfolios, and screening investments. Koyfin is a comprehensive, user-friendly platform that is much easier to use and makes me more efficient than other common industry platforms I have used before for investment research and analysis. I like the intuitive user interface. The learning curve is short, which I can't say for competitors like Thomson One and Bloomberg. It makes it easy to find the information I want and to customize charts, screens, etc., for my use or for client communications. I really appreciate Koyfin's grasp functionality and find it easy to use. Having used YCharts before, I found Koyfin much simpler and less overwhelming. The support team is phenomenal, being very responsive to my needs. I also value Koyfin's commitment to actively making feature updates, which shows their eagerness to develop and improve the platform. This forward-thinking approach, though the company is newer compared to some longstanding competitors, was a significant reason I opted for their service. I'm not satisfied with the limitation on the PDF reader function in the Pro subscription. There's a cap of 10 documents per month, which I find too restrictive. I would appreciate having a larger limit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have tried many different options for portfolio reviews, creation and proposals and Koyfin has been the best solution. It is easy to create individual portfolios, household groupings and to compare current vs proposed portfolios. The team at Koyfin has been great to work with and has been responsive to adding additional features when requested. I use Koyfin on a daily basis to track positions, provide information for clients on questions they have around stocks and ETF's they are looking into and to stay on top of the trending market news. The software is intuitive and robust. It provides me with all the data I need to function in my role as a wealth manager. The Market Drawdown feature really highlights the impact of a properly designed asset allocation in times of market stress! It is easy and quick to enter client holdings and generate a proposal against a selected model or asset allocation.

It would be better with a Household function, where you can select multiple accounts to be consolidated into one report summary, showing the entire relationship's current performance.
