What do you like best about LegalSifter?

I like the fact that AI is trained brilliantly except few things that it can get my work done without me being manually doing it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LegalSifter?

There are a few things that I did not like. First of all, AI is not self empowered and you need to provide quick guidelines in order for AKORDA to work. Second, the time taken for guiding AI is wastage of time, which can be spent in doing other management tasks in contractual obligations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LegalSifter?

The ability to have all of our signed contracts in one place has made our lives a lot easier. The fact that we can prepare, revise, and send contracts to our customers from one site is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LegalSifter?

What do you like best about LegalSifter?

Working with the Akorda team was a breath of fresh air in a world of Salesforce integrations. Not only is the platform top of the line, but their experienced team made sure that our company's workflows would be well met with the integration. What do you dislike about LegalSifter?

Honestly, there isn't anything I can think of that would fit the title of 'dislike'. Everything seems pretty straightforward and easy to use, and the integration steps were extremely simple and they worked with me to make sure everything worked each step of the way. What problems is LegalSifter solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are attempting to allow our sales personnel to initiate contract management between the prospect's legal team and our in-house legal team. This process has been haunted by email mismanagement or lack of adoption to other platforms we've had to address this issue. Still, Akorda is working with us to manage our adoption issues and ensure that we can get redlining completed in a timely and straightforward manner for our side to shorten our sales cycle with enterprise customers. What do you like best about LegalSifter?

Digital playbooks speed up and standardize contract review, while the system collects insights in an easily digestible and actionable manner. Having started with a completely manual process, Akorda is enabling us to begin streamlining our negotiations without requiring a complete overhaul of our contracting process - limiting impact to the business's day to day, and targeting adoption in a way that is promising for longer term success. The Akorda team is fully engaged and responsive to product feedback and new use cases alike, and is always developing in a scalable manner based on their relationships across clients. "Great analysis on your contracts to see the deviations"

What do you like best about LegalSifter?
