On a couple of instances, I have admitted the bot and it has caused an echo across one or more of the users. Also, I would really appreciate if it was able to distinguish between chatter/catch ups and conversations geared towards the business. Then only sending through relevant business minutes. I like how easy it is to use. You simply navigate to your dashboard to select which meetings you'd like Meet Geek to attend and take notes for. I like that it sends you an email with the notes and that they are separated by categories (meeting summary, next steps, insights, topics and highlights). It's going to save me a lot of time and help me stay organized. The note taker does include information that is not relevant to the meeting, typically the beginning part of a meeting where people are catching up. It includes all of the meeting content. I love the AI that allows me to ask questions about past meetings. I love how accurate the summaries are. I love how accurate the notetaking is and especially how well it integrates with Hubspot. It has saved me countless hours.

I have tried many other, more popularly known products, and they are not nearly as good as Meetgeek. Carolline is really good at what she does, very attentive and knowledgeable. Support is very good, new features keep coming out on a regular basis. I use it every single day. It is extremely easy to use in general and easy to set up as well. I don't like how invasive it is to my meeting attendees. When I share a meeting with someone, Meetgeek, by default, inserts itself into every meeting they have after having only created a login so as to see the notes from my meeting. Ease of Use: I encountered only one difficulty, which was figuring out how to set up the tool so that it joins all my corporate Gmail meetings, regardless of whether I requested the meeting or if I was invited. MeetGeek.ai feels overly intrusive, joining meetings unprompted, remaining even after I leave, and posting messages in the common chat. It has also automatically shared transcripts with all participants, leading to discomfort due to off-the-record comments being included. While I understand that settings can be manually adjusted, it would be preferable if transcript sharing was set to private by default, allowing me to decide on sharing afterward (unless I set it up to do so manually beforehand). Additionally, an option to firstly accept entry (even if programmed to enter to the meeting) + flexibility to activate or deactivate MeetGeek during calls as needed would greatly improve the experience.
