What do you like best about Mitel?

What I like the most with mitel is that their solutions such as mivoice business, micontact center, and miboarder gateway are easy to implement and integrate with other existing platforms and telephony system. What do you dislike about Mitel?

What do you dislike about Mitel?

it would be great if you could see the phone numbers in voicemail as it only specifies the time and internal phone numbers, and external numbers are specified as unknown. Allow users to transform audio and microphone settings without having to be in an active call. The sound is sometimes an inconvenience because conclusive users cannot hear the other person or vice versa. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mitel?

I like that Mitel has been beneficial while working from home. The feature that I like most is having calls forwarded to your cell phone directly from your work line. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mitel?

I do not like that the app is not user-friendly. The setting can be challenging to navigate through to set the phone up as you want it (i.e., forwarding calls). The program also seems to have technical issues quite a bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
