"Terrible and Slow Customer Service"

What do you dislike about Quo?

I had the displeasure of interacting with their customer service recently. I dealt with some bro named Wendell. it took me two requests to get an answer after four days. Once I was answered, they totally avoided troubleshooting and tried to point out the most shallow of causes. Like any poor customer service, it had nothing remotely to do with the issue I was experiencing. Their product for no reason started sending text messages to our customers with the word “undefined” instead of the text we sent. I had to repeatedly ask them to focus on troubleshooting instead of sounding like 1990s tech-support telling me to turn it off and turn it back on. they still have not resolved the issue and have not provided a reason for why this happened. To add insult to injury, Wendell seemed more concerned with engaging in banter with me rather than troubleshooting. It was an extremely lazy approach to what I assume would be a very easy fix. You get what you pay for. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a poor experience with their customer service, but it is the first time that I’ve dealt with an imbecile that prompted me to want to write a review about it.
