Sage X3 a very flexible yet robust and secure solution. It covers most of the company's processes natively, respecting the best practices in the market, but makes it possible to adapt the tool to the needs of the business with integrated tools.

Easy to use an implement.

The customer suppot is very good and there is a very good number of partners in my country.

In my company it covers all the areas with some verticals developed inside of the SageX3 framework.

The company uses Sage X3 all the time.

The workflows and rules are poor, but there is un upgrade comming in the beginning of 2025.

Queries tool is very good but slow when the number of records is very big.

The modification with the help of IT & Sage team helps the Sage user to meet his requirements of the business.

One of the modification would like to highlight is the attaching any emails or Invoice or PO or SO in any transaction punched. This will help any team member of the user to identify and understand the transaction using attached resource.

In my knowledge, the bad part about Sage X3 is intercompany journal posting.

Every time user has to pass JV in both the company wherein difficulty level is increased when any transaction should routed from one intercompany to another intercompany via SPV company between this two intercompany. Nominal account enquiries don't dispay any transaction detail of merit, you have to go to the specific document/transaction to get the detail.
